1 📜 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the orca88 platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including but not limited to orca88's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules. These Terms take effect from the moment you complete the registration process and create an orca88 account.

orca88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 👤 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an orca88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. orca88 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by orca88 or any third-party gambling harm-prevention body.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of orca88 is legal in your location.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete registration information, including your legal name, valid Pakistan mobile number, and a secure password.
• You may hold only one orca88 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3 🪪 Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

orca88 is required to verify the identity of players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations imposed by its international gambling licence. By registering an account, you consent to orca88 conducting identity verification checks at any stage of the account relationship, including but not limited to:

• At the time of account registration or first deposit
• At the time of the first withdrawal request
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach specified thresholds
• Where orca88 identifies unusual account activity or has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest or criminal conduct

Requested verification documents may include: a copy of your Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name and number), or proof of address. orca88 may suspend withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed. orca88 reserves the right to close accounts where verification documents cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

4 💸 Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR

All financial transactions on the orca88 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). orca88 does not apply internal currency conversion to player accounts. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is 1,000 PKR. There is no maximum single deposit amount subject to your payment provider's own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. Additional methods may be added to the platform from time to time.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your orca88 wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer crediting times are subject to standard inter-bank processing schedules.
• orca88 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees — these are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the orca88 account.
• orca88 targets processing of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal requests within five minutes of request submission, subject to KYC completion and fraud checks.
• orca88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer before being eligible for withdrawal.

5 🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

orca88 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new account holders. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by specific bonus terms published with the individual offer:

• Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 100% deposit match on their first PKR deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of 5,000,000 PKR. The minimum qualifying first deposit is 1,000 PKR. The welcome bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement on all orca88 bonuses is x15 on the bonus amount received (not the total deposit plus bonus). For example, a 1,000 PKR bonus requires 15,000 PKR in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within this window will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, slots (including Jackpot Slots) contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and Turbo Games contribute 50%.
• orca88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time for operational, regulatory, or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes. Attempting to exploit or arbitrage bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or software-assisted gameplay — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.

6 🎮 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the orca88 platform — including live dealer casino games, video slots, Jackpot Slots, Turbo Games, Cockfighting betting, and Test Cricket betting — are subject to the following general gameplay rules in addition to any game-specific rules published within the game interface:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for electronic games, and by live game mechanics for live dealer and sports betting products. orca88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient PKR funds in their orca88 wallet before placing any bet or wager. Bets placed in excess of available balance will not be processed.
• All bets are final once confirmed. orca88 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except where a technical fault has demonstrably affected the game round.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live game round, orca88 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be refunded to the player's PKR wallet at the original stake amount.
• orca88 publishes the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game title. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual game rounds. Where a calculated win exceeds a game's published maximum win cap, the win is limited to the cap amount. Maximum win figures are published in each game's information panel.

7 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the orca88 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating multiple orca88 accounts (whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias).
• Providing false or misleading personal information, including false age declarations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs to generate outcomes that would not occur under normal gameplay conditions. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Using the orca88 platform to launder money or facilitate any other criminal activity. orca88 will report suspected money laundering to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any completed deposit transaction with your payment provider. Any account that initiates a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 🛡️ Responsible Gaming

orca88 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Changes to reduce an existing limit take effect immediately. Changes to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per session, day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, further play is suspended for the specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a pre-specified number of hours in any single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the orca88 platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is actioned immediately. orca88 will close your account, return any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) within five business days, and suppress all marketing communications for the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period has expired.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during gameplay showing time elapsed and session profit/loss.

orca88 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 18 years of age and by individuals on any self-exclusion register. 9 ❌ Account Suspension & Closure

orca88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Proven use of prohibited gameplay software or collusion with other players.
• A chargeback initiated against orca88 by the player's payment provider.
• Where orca88 reasonably believes the player is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, orca88 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds, where those funds are reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity. In all other cases of account closure, real-money balances will be returned to the player via the same PKR payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit, within 10 business days of account closure.

10 ©️ Intellectual Property

The orca88 platform — including its name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data and all other content — is the intellectual property of orca88 or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the orca88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the orca88 platform or its content without prior written consent. The licence granted to you under these Terms terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these Terms.

11 ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, orca88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical faults beyond orca88's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your orca88 account credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your account that results from your own negligence.
• Decisions made by orca88 in good faith based on information that later proves to be false or inaccurate, where such information was provided by you.
• Losses arising from changes to applicable law or regulatory requirements that affect the availability of orca88's services in your location.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits orca88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 🔐 Privacy & Data Protection

orca88 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an orca88 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Your personal information (name, Pakistan mobile number, payment details) is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and communication of platform updates and promotions.
• orca88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed KYC/AML service providers, payment processors (including Easypaisa, JazzCash and banking partners), and the licensing authority, solely as required to operate the platform and meet regulatory obligations.
• All personal data is stored with industry-standard encryption. orca88 employs 256-bit TLS across all data transmission channels.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting orca88 support. Data deletion requests from self-excluded players will be processed subject to mandatory data retention requirements imposed by AML regulations.

13 📝 Amendments to These Terms

orca88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or responsible gaming provisions — orca88 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered mobile number or email address on the player's account. Non-material amendments (such as clarification of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms, displaying the effective date in the header of this document, is the governing version for all account relationships. Previous versions are available on request from orca88 support.

14 🏛️ Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the orca88 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which orca88 holds its international gambling licence. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any such dispute.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a formal complaint to orca88 via the support channels listed below and allow orca88 a minimum of 28 days to investigate and respond. orca88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints informally and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the dispute may be referred to a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service as specified in orca88's licence conditions.
